Board Members

Pam Pasakarnis is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Iris Sample Processing, a Division of Iris International located in Westwood, MA. She has over 25 years experience in Strategic Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Communications in the Diagnostics Industry. At Iris, Pam is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Training and Customer Service. The company has experience double-digit growth for the 5 years that she has been with the company.  In addition, she recently managed a company-wide Continuous Improvement program with a focus on Customer Centric programs.

Prior to joining Iris Sample Processing, Pam held various Marketing and Marketing Communications positions at Lumenis, a medical laser company, Maxim Medical, and over 20 years at Chiron Diagnostics.  In her previous positions, she has had extensive experience in corporate identity programs including branding, development of direct-to- consumer programs, and multiple successful product launches

She earned a BA in Biology at Northeastern University and a MT degree in Medical Technology.
